The court ruled that prosecutors could introduce all relevant evidence, and that McBride’s false testimony regarding her belief regarding attorney-client privilege wasn’t relevant. She further suggested adding language into the jury instructions on conspiracy and wire fraud regarding attorney-client privilege, however this request was denied by the district court.
