Finding the ideal real estate agent can make all the difference in selling or purchasing your home. It is crucial to get a sense of their past sales experience as well as their overall success rate in doing so.

Simply look up their sales history on mls and follow these simple steps to start searching:

1. Type the address in the search box.

Real estate agent sales histories provide insight into their level of experience and success, but can be hard to track down online. To get this information quickly and efficiently, the best approach is speaking directly with an agent: they should provide you with a printout from the Multiple Listing Service that details this data; or you could search sites such as Zillow to track agent sales history.

These steps will allow you to assess an agent’s sales history and decide if they are suitable for your needs. When making your final choice, also take into consideration other aspects like reputation and experience.

2. Filter by agent.

One of the easiest and most efficient ways to evaluate real estate agents is by reviewing their sales history. This will give you an idea of the number of properties they’ve sold as well as average days-on-market and sales-price-to-list-price ratio.

To do this, log onto the MLS website and navigate to Resources, then Statistical Reporting. Select Agent Listing and Sales Summary in the Broker folder before selecting an agent whose sales you would like to see as well as choosing the date range in which you wish to see their results.

Filter by office and by Multiple Listing Service Exchange (MLXchange). Keep in mind that the agent of record may not be the agent who actually listed or sold a property; many agents work in teams and may share duties representing buyers and sellers. If you need help determining who was involved with any particular sale, ask directly or use sites such as Zillow (which do not always provide accurate sales data) as these resources.

3. Filter by price.

When purchasing or selling real estate, it’s essential that you find an agent with experience and a solid track record. An effective way to measure an agent’s performance is by reviewing their sales history on the MLS; this can show you exactly how much has been sold at what prices.

Filter by price to see which properties an agent has sold within a specific time period. Select active, pending, and closed statuses as search criteria – or only include sold listings within six months!

Filters that allow you to narrow your search are price range and type of property; this can help narrow down your search and quickly locate an ideal home for you. One Key MLS also features helpful homebuying tools like mortgage payment calculators and home improvement estimators; plus property listings can be seen in 21 languages for easy viewing!

4. Filter by date of sale.

Monitoring expired MLS listings is a useful way for real estate agents to gain insights into the market, gain an understanding of why certain properties do not sell, identify motivated sellers and assist with marketing strategies for new listings.

Utilizing the Multiple Listing Service, it’s possible to view an agent’s sales history by filtering on Sold properties and sorting by contract date. This will give a breakdown of sold properties including days on market and average price per square foot over a given time period.

Filtering on expired properties and sorting by contract date allows users to quickly get an overview of all sold properties, such as number of times on market and average price per square ft for that period. On the Resources page under Statistical Reporting it’s also possible to see Sales History by Broker; this will compile and display Sales Data related to each broker in a table format which you can then export into a spreadsheet for further analysis.

5. Filter by price range.

Selecting an experienced real estate agent is one of the most essential decisions when buying or selling property. Aim for someone knowledgeable, experienced, and who has proven their success through past sales on the MLS platform.

Log into Flexmls and navigate to Resources, then Statistical Reporting. Under Broker folder, Sales Detail may be chosen and selected accordingly before clicking Generate report button to generate report.

The report will give you an overview of each agent’s sales history, such as number of properties sold and average days on market for them. Additionally, it shows whether they represented sellers or buyers when property changed hands and you can filter results by price range to only see agents who have sold properties within your budget. This allows you to narrow your search and select an ideal agent.

7. Filter by year built.

Investorlift’s year built filter provides users with a more targeted list of comparable sales.

Filtering properties by year built is possible via various MLSes, with some offering multiple criteria at once while others limit to just one value at once. For example, selecting both “Ranch” and “Colonial” in the style search field will only return properties that match both values.

Filters also enable you to search by listing agent, allowing you to easily identify certain agents by name or their MLS ID number. Be mindful that many agents work in teams; searching by MLS ID might not return all of an agent’s sold properties – if this is the case with someone, it may be beneficial to inquire directly with them regarding their sale history.

8. Filter by school district.

School districts are of paramount importance to homebuyers. Real estate agents stay current with school ratings, developments, and test scores to be able to provide answers when buyers inquire. Trulia makes home search easier by offering the ability to narrow searches by school district – making it simple for homebuyers looking for houses near top schools to locate an ideal house that provides their children access.

On the Listing and Sales Reports Page you can also see detailed statistics (sides and volumes).
